Important Booking Notice
Submitting a booking does not mean it’s confirmed.

All inspection requests are reviewed to ensure the vehicle meets our criteria and the seller aligns with our professional standards. The booking is only confirmed once we’ve contacted you directly and accepted the job.

We operate independently and without compromise. If you’re uncomfortable with direct feedback or can’t accept a declined request, our service is not the right fit. A more basic, checklist-style inspection company may better suit your needs.

Report Delivery:
Inspection reports are typically completed overnight. If they cannot be finalized by 4:00 AM, they will be completed and delivered the following morning.

If you expect to receive an instant report minutes after the inspection, believing that speed equates to quality, our service may not align with your expectations. Thorough reports require time, attention, and accuracy.

MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING

We only inspect the following vehicles:

  • Asian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese vehicles: 2012 onwards
  • European vehicles (Audi, BMW, VW, etc.): 2020 onwards
  • All European vehicles – EV/Hybrid systems only

    MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING

    •  We DO NOT Inspect
    • ❌ Euro cars older than 2020 (Audi, BMW, Mercedes, VW, etc.)
    • ❌ USA vehicles older than 2020 (e.g., Jeep)
    • ❌ All other vehicles older than 2012
    • ❌ Camper vans, backpacker cars, or motorhomes
    • ❌ Damaged/ repaired or re-registered vehicles
    • ❌ Australia damage-repaired vehicles
    • ❌ Singapore imported vehicles

    Booking Arrangements

    • Please allow us to arrange the inspection directly with the seller.
    • While we appreciate the effort of buyers to make appointments, it’s important we coordinate directly with the seller to align with our schedule.

    This also allows us to inform the seller of any specific requirements, such as:

    • Adequate space for inspection
    • Suitable surface hardness
    • Natural lighting
    • Ensuring safety, especially on public roads

    Inspection Timeframe

    • Thorough Inspection – No Time Restriction – We dedicate unlimited time to each inspection to ensure thorough evaluation.
    • Inspection Duration – Typically 2–4 hours on-site depending on vehicle type (EV/Hybrid or Petrol/Diesel).
    • Report Completion – 2-3hrs, Reports are completed off-site, usually between 9 PM and 3 AM. Any remaining sections are finalized the following morning.

    Coordination with the Seller

    We will arrange the inspection day and time directly with the seller or dealership — so you can relax and wait for your detailed report.

    Details Required for Booking

    To proceed with your booking, please provide:

    • Seller’s Contact: Phone number of the seller or salesperson
    • Location: Seller’s address or car yard name
    • Vehicle Information: Year, make, model, and colour — plus any unique identifiers
    • Registration Plate: If available
    • If no plate: Provide stock number or last six digits of VIN, or a clear photo of the CIN card

    Inspection Options

    • EV/Hybrids: Choose inspection options 1, 2, or 3
    • Petrol or Diesel Vehicles: Choose options 2 or 3 for a comprehensive inspection
