Reports are completed overnight or the following morning, not on-site. Please allow time for your report to be carefully prepared.

- Asian hybrid and EV vehicles — 2012 or newer
- European and American (EVs only)
- European and American (hybrid systems only)
- Vehicles with less than 150,000 km
❌We do not inspect
- European or American petrol/diesel vehicles
- Vehicles over 150,000 km
- Campervans or motorhomes
- Repaired or re-registered vehicles
- Damage-repaired Australian imports
- Singapore imports
- Vehicles located at yards on our banned list

Inspection & Report Timing
- We limit bookings to 2–3 full inspections per day.
- Inspections typically take 2–4 hours onsite.
- Reports are completed overnight, usually between 9 PM – 4 AM.
- If not completed overnight, reports are finalised the following morning.
If you require same-day daytime reporting, our service may not be suitable.
Seller Coordination
Please allow us to arrange the inspection directly with the seller or dealership.
This ensures:
- proper inspection space
- suitable lighting and surfaces
- safe inspection conditions
- scheduling efficiency
Required Booking Information

- Seller contact number
- Vehicle location
- Year, make, model & colour
- Registration plate (if available)
- VIN/stock number if no plate is available
EV and Hybrids
Asian Vehicles only- Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi, Lexus, Hyundai, Nissan etc
Prices are based on standard 5-seat vehicles. Larger engines (V6/V8), 7-seat, or luxury vehicles will incur an additional fees of up to $80. enquire before booking.
Choose EV2 or EV3 and pay just $10 for the EV hybrid system service (normally $195) — saving you $185.
EV Option 0- Battery State of Health (SOH%) Report Only
Price: from $80 plus travel fee

- ✔ High-voltage system scan
Ideal for: Buyers wanting a battery health percentage report only.
Important: Not all EV vehicles provide an accessible SOH% value through diagnostic systems.

AI-Generated Questions
AI is clever… but it’s not under the bonnet!
It’s becoming increasingly common for customers to send AI-generated inspection questions, and that’s absolutely fine.
The only catch is that AI can suggest tests that aren’t possible during a mobile inspection, aren’t relevant to the vehicle, or overlook some of the most important things that an experienced inspector knows to check.
Simply tell me what vehicle you’re buying and any concerns you have—I’ll take care of the rest.

Please do not attend the inspection
Our inspections require complete concentration and involve advanced diagnostic testing, including high-voltage EV and hybrid systems. Customers observing the inspection can be distracting and may compromise both safety and the quality of the inspection.
In addition, our proprietary hybrid battery testing procedures have been developed over many years and are a key part of our business. These methods are confidential and are not demonstrated or disclosed during inspections.
Once your inspection has been completed, you’ll receive a comprehensive report with detailed findings, high-resolution photos, videos where applicable, and a full explanation of any issues or recommendations overnight.
