Booking an Inspection with Incar Automotive

To ensure we secure your booking for a vehicle inspection, please provide as much detailed information as possible. Our inspection process is thorough and designed to give you complete confidence before making any vehicle purchase.

Please do not arrange the inspection on our behalf. While we appreciate that buyers try to ease the booking process by making appointments, we need to organize the pre-purchase inspection directly with the seller to align with our schedule.

This also allows us to inform the seller about any requirements, such as adequate space, suitable surface hardness, natural lighting, and, most importantly, ensuring our safety—especially when inspecting vehicles on public roads.

Inspection Timeframe

• Unlimited time per vehicle inspection, ensuring no rushed evaluations.
• The practical portion of the inspection generally takes 2-3 hours, depending on which inspection option is selected (detailed options are available for Electric/Hybrid and Petrol/Diesel vehicles).
• Report Completion: All reports are personally completed off-site, typically between 9 PM to 3 AM. If any reports remain unfinished, they will be finalized by the following morning.

Coordination with the Seller

I will personally arrange the inspection day and approximate time with the seller or dealer, so you don’t need to worry—just relax and await your report!

Details Required for Booking

To proceed with your booking, please provide the following:

• Seller’s Contact Information: Phone number of the seller or salesperson.
• Location: Seller’s physical address or car yard’s name.
• Vehicle Identification: The year, make, model, and color of the vehicle, along with any other identifying details.
  • Registration Plate Number (if available).
  • If no registration plate, please provide the dealer’s stock number or the last six digits of the VIN number.
  • Alternatively, a clear picture of the CIN card will also be helpful.

Inspection Options

• For EV/Hybrids: Choose options 1, 2, or 3.
• For Petrol or Diesel vehicles: Select options 2 or 3 for a comprehensive evaluation.
